Server requests are open — tell us what to host next
The Minecraft Network is coming together, and we're already turning to the community for what comes next. Server requests are open, and so far Terraria and Garry's Mod are leading the pack.
How it works
Anyone can submit a server request with the game, the mode you're picturing (vanilla co-op, sandbox, custom lobbies, whatever fits), roughly how many players you'd bring, and a way to reach you. Requests go into a review queue where the community can upvote them in Discord, and our team weighs vote count alongside hosting cost and how well the request fits the rest of the network.
What we're looking at right now
- Terraria — a plain vanilla co-op world, no mods, with daily backups. Currently the top request.
- Garry's Mod — a sandbox server with a handful of build-focused addons, starting small.
- Marvel Rivals — less about a dedicated server and more about organized custom lobbies and a Discord channel with match-night role pings.
No promises, but no black box either
Not every request turns into a server — hosting cost and player interest both matter. But every request gets a real look, and the ones with strong community backing are the ones most likely to ship next. If you want to see the current queue or add your vote, the fastest place is Discord.
